Terms of Membership

  1. All Battery Buyers of America LTD. Prices must be kept strictly confidential.
  2. Payment terms are net 30 days except special promotions.
  3. 1-½% per month finance charge will be assessed to all past due invoices.
  4. If account becomes past due, new orders will be held until current.
  5. BBA office will be notified within ten (10) days of any shipping or billing errors.
  6. A current Irrevocable Letter of Credit must be on file.
